中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例与绝经后骨质疏松的关系

中文摘要:目的 本研究通过比较分析体检绝经后女性人群中正常女性与骨质疏松、骨量减少女性中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例的差异,探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例与绝经后骨质疏松之间的关系。方法 入选2017年1~8月的绝经后体检女性125例,根据双能X线吸收测定法(DEXA)测量股骨颈和腰椎(L2~L4)所得到骨密度,与同性别年轻中国人的平均值相比较,从而得到T值,其中T≥-1.0为正常组,T<-1.0为骨量减少和骨质疏松组。比较两组的身高、体重、体重指数、T值、Z值、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例、红细胞沉降率、碱性磷酸酶、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇含量。Logistic分析中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例与骨质疏松之间的关系。结果 与正常组相比,骨量减少和骨质疏松组的年龄、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例、红细胞沉降率、碱性磷酸酶显著上升(P<0.05)。年龄,中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例,红细胞沉降率是骨量减少和骨质疏松的危险因素。结论 中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例与绝经后女性的骨质疏松呈显著相关性,可以成为绝经后女性的骨质疏松的一种预测指标。

Relationship between Neutrophils Lymphocyte Ratio and Postmenopausal Osteoporosis
Abstract:Objective To compare NLR between normal women and women of osteopenia and osteoporosis, and discussed the relationship between NLR and osteoporosis. Methods From January 2017 to August 2017,there were 125 cases of female subjects. The femoral neck and lumbar spine (L2-L4) of bone density was tested by the dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA), and the value of T was the results compared to the average of the same-sex Chinese young people. Women with the value of T ≥ -1.0 were listed in group of normal bone mass, and women with the value of T<-1.0 were listed in the group of osteopenia and osteoporosis. The height, weight, body mass index, T value, Z value, white blood cell count,, lymphocyte count, NLR, alkaline phosphatase, glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol in normal women and women of osteopenia and osteoporosis were retrospectively compared. Logistic regression analysis showed the relationship between osteoporosis and NLR. Results Compared with the normal group, the group of osteopenia and osteoporosis, NLR, erythrocyte sedimentation, and alkaline phosphatase increased significantly (P value was less than 0.05). Age, NLR, erythrocyte sedimentation, and alkaline phosphatase may be a risk factor for osteoporosis. Conclusion NLR has a significant correlation with postmenopausal osteoporosis, which can be used as a predictor of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
