中文摘要:目的 探讨低温对右美托咪定麻醉下大鼠静息态脑功能的影响。方法 30只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为常温组与低温组(n=15)。右美托咪定腹腔注射麻醉后,将低温组体温降至33.0±0.5℃,常温组保持体温于38.0±0.5℃,行脑功能磁共振扫描。采用局部一致性(regional homogeneity,ReHo)法分析比较两组静息态脑功能活动。结果 低温组与常温组比较,大鼠心率明显下降(P<0.05),同时其双侧岛叶、中脑的ReHo值显著降低,而在前额叶皮质其ReHo值显著升高(P<0.01,AlphaSim校正)。结论 麻醉状态下低温可改变多个脑区的神经元同步活动,这可能是其导致麻醉深度和意识状态改变的主要机制之一。

Effect of Hypothermia on Brain Function of Rats Under Anesthesia Based on Regional Homogeneity Method
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hypothermia on resting-state brain function of rat under dexmedetomidine anesthesia. Methods Thirty adult male rats were randomly assigned into hypothermia and normothermia group (n=15). After intraperitoneal injection of dexmedetomidine, body temperature of rats in hypothermia group were lowered to 33.0±0.5℃, while those in normothermia group were sustained at 38.0±0.5℃. The rat brains were scanned to acquire the functional magnetic resonance image. Using regional homogeneity (ReHo) method, the cerebral functional activities at resting state were analyzed and compared between both groups. Results The heart rate in the rats of hypothermia group was lower than normothermia group (P<0.05). As compared to normothermia group, ReHo value in bilateral insula and midbrain of rats in hypothermia group was markedly lower, whereas ReHo in prefrontal cortex was significantly increased (P<0.01, AlphaSim corrected). Conclusion Hypothermia could alter neuronal synchronous activities in multiple brain regions under anesthesia, which is probably the principal mechanism underlying the alteration of anesthesia depth and consciousness.
