血清CD73和帕金森病患者运动障碍相关性研究

中文摘要:目的 探索PD患者血清CD73表达水平,以及血清CD73与帕金森病(Parkinson ′ s disease,PD)运动障碍严重程度的相关性。方法 共纳入60岁以上PD患者97例和健康对照者71例,收集研究对象的基本资料包括年龄、性别、吸烟史,PD患者同时收集病程、H&Y分期、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分和用药情况,并依据H&Y分期将PD患者分为轻度PD组和中重度PD组;抽取研究对象空腹状态下静脉血进行血清CD73检测;采用二元Logistic回归分析统计分析年龄、性别和血清CD73等因素与PD的相关性;受试者工作特征曲线分析用于血清CD73的诊断价值预测;Pearson法用于统计分析PD患者血清CD73与H&Y分期、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分的相关性。结果 PD患者血清CD73明显低于健康对照者,二元Logistic回归结果显示血清CD73水平降低是PD的独立危险因素。血清CD73水平低于2.85U/L对诊断PD的敏感度较高。在PD患者中H&Y分期越高,血清CD73水平越低;经过Pearson相关性分析得出,血清CD73水平与H&Y分期、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分呈显著负相关。结论 血清CD73水平降低会显著增加PD风险,且水平越低,PD患者运动功能障碍越严重。

Study on Teaching Support Services of Libraries of Medical Universities and Colleges under the Background of Healthy China
Abstract:Purpose/Significance To provide high-quality health information services, to promote the coordinated development of medical and educational services, and to help build a healthy China service system.Method/Process By using the methods of network investigation, literature investigation and telephone interview, the paper investigates the current situation of teaching support services of 30 libraries of medical universities and colleges in China, and analyzes the existing problems from four aspects:teaching resource services, information literacy services, disciplinary services and service guarantee.Result/Conclusion Libraries of medical universities and colleges should establish and improve the teaching support service system, strengthen discipline teaching support services, provide accurate health information services, strengthen regional or departmental collaboration, and innovate intelligent service modes, so as to become an important driving force for healthy China initiative.
