中文摘要:目的 了解斑点追踪技术对慢性肾衰竭尿毒症性心肌病患者左心室收缩功能的评价效果,为临床治疗效果评估提供依据。方法 选取笔者医院收治的慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者作为病例组研究对象,选择同时期在笔者医院接受健康体检的志愿者35名作为正常对照组,经胸采集胸骨旁左室短轴二尖瓣水平、乳头肌水平至少3个完整心动周期的DICOM格式动态图像,利用斑点追踪技术测算心肌径向收缩期峰值应变。结果 病例组及对照组的各室壁径向应变在二尖瓣水平均低于乳头肌水平(P<0.05)。不论二尖瓣水平或乳头肌水平,病例组各室壁的应变均值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 斑点追踪技术能够评估慢性肾衰竭尿毒症性心肌病患者左心室的整体收缩功能异常,可为今后临床诊疗、治疗效果评价提供参考。 |

Investigation on the Speckle Tracking Technology on the Chronic Renal Failure Uremia of Left Ventricular Systolic Function in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy |

Abstract:Objective To study the role of the speckle tracking technology on the chronic renal failure uremia of left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and to provide the basis for the clinical curative effect evaluation. Methods Chronic renal failure patients with uremia were selected in our study, and 35 normal peoples were selected from health check-up center. Through three complete cardiac cycle dynamic images of DICOM format from chest acquisition sternum beside the left ventricular short axis mitral valve papillary muscle level, and we checked myocardial systolic peak radial strain by the spot tracking technology measurement. Results Each room wall radial strain of the case group and control group were lower than that of papillary muscle level in mitral valve(P<0.05). Regardless of mitral valve or papillary muscle level, the mean strain of each room wall case group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Speckle tracking technology could be used to assess the chronic renal failure uremia overall left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and it can provide a reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment effect evaluation. |
