| 中文摘要:目的 比较采用髋关节置换联合密盖息与单纯髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。 方法 回顾性分析笔者医院骨科2008年12月~2013年12月收治的84例老年人新鲜股骨颈骨折患者,根据是否使用密盖息将其划分为两种,实验组为使用密盖息的髋关节置换组(n=43),对照组为未使用密盖息的髋关节置换组(n=41)。术后分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及相关并发症的相关性。随访中用Harris评分系统进行优良率的统计学分析。 结果 84例患者均获两年以上的随访。对照组中有3例出现假体松动,2例出现髋臼塌陷,1例出现假体远端骨折。其余患者均愈合良好。术后1年两组的Harris评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1年骨密度T值两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 髋关节置换联合密盖息治疗,可明显改善患者骨密度,提高骨折愈合率,降低再骨折风险 |

| Application of Salmon Calcitonin in the Femoral Neck Fractures in Older Adults |

| Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of the hip replacement (artifical femoral head replacement or replacement of total hip) combined with salmon calcitonin and pure hip replacement treatment in senile femoral neck fracture. Methods Eighty-four 84 cases of senile femoral neck fracture in our hospital from Dec 2008 to Dec 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to salmon calcitonin: the experimental group which used salmon calcitonin (n=43) and control group which olid not use salmon calcitonin (n=41). The clinical curative effect and related complications were analysed after surgery. Harris scoring system was analyzed in follow-up. Results Every case in 84 patients received at least 2 years of follow-up. There were 3 cases of bleeding prosthesis loosening, 2 cases of a collapse of the acetabulum and 1 case of a prosthesis distal fracture in the control group. The others were well. The Harris scores of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05) postoperative 1 year, but the T values of bone mineral density had statistical significance (P<0.05) postoperative 1 year. Conclusion Hip replacement has a lot of characteristics,su oh as avoiding the problem of bone healing and ischemic necrosis of femoral head,early weight bearing and avoiding the complications in long-term Immobilization. Hip replacement combined with salmon calcitonin achieves good effect for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. |
