| 中文摘要:目的 探讨LKB1和VEGF-C在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。 方法 应用免疫组化方法,检测LKB1和VEGF-C在人胃癌组织中的表达,同时对其与胃癌临床病理因素的关系进行统计学分析。 结果 LKB1在胃癌组织中高表达率为27.1%,显著低于正常组织;VEGF-C在胃癌组织中高表达率为67.14%,显著高于正常组织;而且,LKB1表达与VEGF-C表达呈显著负相关(r=0.736,P=0.000)。胃癌组织中LKB1和VEGF-C的表达水平与肿瘤的组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05)。 结论 LKB1和VEGF-C有望成为胃癌分子诊断和病期评估的标志之一。 |

| Expression of LKB1 VEGF-C in Gastric Cancer and Its Significance |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of LKB1 and VEGF-C in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of LKB1 and VEGF-C in human gastric cancer were detected by immuohistochemistry. The relationship between expression of LKB1 and VEGF-C and the clinicopathological factors was statistically analyzed. Results The expression rate of LKB1 in gastric cancer was 27.1%,and it was significantly lower than that of normal tissue; The expression rate of VEGF-C in gastric cancer was 67.14%,and it was significantly higher than normal tissue. Meanwhile, the expression of LKB1 was negative consistent with the expression of VEGF-C(r=0.736,P=0.000). The expression levels of LKB1 and VEGF-C were closely correlated with histological cellular differentiation, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05). Conclusion LKB1 and VEGF-C expressions may provide an evidence for molecular diagnosis and stage evaluation of gastric cancer. |
