| 中文摘要:目的 乌鲁木齐地区部分正常人群甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）及甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TgAb）阳性临界值的确定。方法 按美国国家临床生化协会（NACB）指南中关于甲状腺疾病诊断的筛选要求，2013年5月采用横断面方法随机抽取乌鲁木齐市两个社区常住居民进行流行病学调查，完善问卷调查，采集血液样本，测定TSH、TPOAb及TgAb的水平，同时行甲状腺B超检查，最终筛选出符合标准的男性168名。结果 总人群的TPOAb高值95%可信区间上限为42.96 IU/ml，TgAb高值95%可信区间上限为29.48 IU/ml。其中汉族TPOAb高值95%可信区间上限为32.54 IU/ml，维吾尔族TPOAb高值95%可信区间上限为59.84 IU/ml，差异有统计学意义（P=0.020）；汉族TgAb高值95%可信区间上限为21.84 IU/ml，维吾尔族TgAb高值95%可信区间上限为43.51 IU/ml，维吾尔族高于汉族，差异无统计学意义（P=0.490）。结论 本研究认为当TPOAb为42.96 IU/ml及TgAb为29.48 IU/ml时可定义为阳性临界值。 |

| Establishment of the Upper Reference Limit for Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies and Thyroglobulin Antibody of Healthy Individuals in Urumqi Area |

| Abstract:Objective To determination the upper reference limit of thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and thyroid globulin antibody (TgAb) in normal population in Urumqi area. Methods According to the National Association of Clinical Biochemistry (NACB) guidelines for the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, an epidemiological survey was conducted among two community residents in Urumqi city by using the method of cross-sectional investigation in May 2013. All individuals were completed the questionnaire.Blood samples were collected for determination of TSH, TPOAb and TgAb levels, and thyroid ultrasound. Finally 174 men were screened out in line with the standard. Results The upper limit of 95% confidence interval for TPOAb and TgAb was 42.96 IU/ml and 29.48 IU/ml, respectively. The upper limit of 95% confidence interval for TPOAb of Han and Uighur was 32.54 IU/ml and 59.84 IU/ml, respectively (P=0.020). The upper limit of 95% confidence interval for TgAb of Han and Uighur was 21.84 IU/ml and 43.51 IU/ml, respectively (P=0.490). Conclusion The upper reference limit of TPOAb and TgAb are 42.96 IU/ml and 29.48 IU/ml in general population. |
