| 中文摘要:目的 通过分析宫颈鳞癌患者中血清鳞状细胞癌抗原（SCC-Ag）的值，探讨其在宫颈鳞癌临床病理中的意义。方法 收集2014年3月~2015年9月就诊于浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院的272例宫颈鳞癌患者及同期就诊的122例子宫肌瘤患者的血清SCC-Ag数值，并对其进行统计分析。结果 宫颈鳞癌组患者中血清SCC-Ag值明显高于对照组（P<0.01）；血清SCC-Ag值与宫颈鳞癌患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、间质浸润深度、肿瘤直径明显相关（P<0.01），与脉管浸润及组织分化程度无明显相关（P>0.05）；宫颈鳞癌患者的血清SCC-Ag值治疗后较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01）。结论 SCC-Ag是宫颈鳞癌较为特异性的肿瘤标志物，在其诊治、疗效及预后评估中有较为重要的意义。 |

| Biological Significance of the Squamous Cell Carcinom Antigen in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag) and clinical pathology of cervical squamous cell carcinoma by analyzing the level of the SCC-Ag.Methods The level of serum SCC-Ag was measured in 272 patients of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 122 patients of uterine fibroids.All patients were admitted to Women's Hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University from March 2014 to September 2015. The relationship between SCC-Ag level and clinical pathology of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed at last.Results The level of serum SCC-Ag in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). Significance correlation was found between the level of serum SCC-Ag in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, interstitial depth of invasion and tumor size (P<0.01).No significant correlation was found between the level of serum SCC-Ag and vascular invasion and pathologic grade (P>0.05).After the radical surgery,the level of serum SCC-Ag in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion SCC-Ag, a specific tumor marker of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which has a great importance in the evaluation of the treatment, efficacy and prognosis of the cervical squamous cell carcinoma. |
