中文摘要:目的 研究hedgehog (Hh)信号通路中Ptch及Gli2蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 60例早期高分化浆液性囊腺卵巢癌组织标本为实验组,30例正常卵巢组织标本为对照组,应用免疫组化法检测Ptch及Gli2在实验组及对照组中的表达。结果 Ptch及Gli2在实验组的表达均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Hh信号通路在卵巢癌组织中异常激活,且该信号通路可能参与卵巢癌的发生、发展过程,进而提示Hh是卵巢癌侵袭转移的一个重要信号通路,为进一步深化卵巢癌的机制研究和靶向治疗提供了一个新的思路。 |

Expression and Clinical Significance of Ptch and Gli2 in Ovarian cancer |

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of Ptch and Gli2 in ovarian cancer and the clinical significance thereof. Methods Sixty samples of ovarian cancer tissue were included in experimental group and thirty normal ovarian tissue specimens were control group. The immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expressions of Ptch and Gli2 in two groups. Results The expression levels of Ptch and Gli2 were significantly higher in experimental group than those of contral group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Hh signaling pathway is abnormally activated in ovarian cancer, suggesting that this signaling pathway may be involved in the development and progression of ovarian cancer. Furthermore, it is suggested that Hh is an important signaling pathway for invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer, and provides a new approach for further research on the mechanism and targeted therapy of ovarian cancer. |
