| 中文摘要:目的 分析Coronin3基因在食管鳞癌组织中的表达，探讨其对食管癌生存情况的影响。方法 采用免疫组化方法对胸中段食管鳞癌三野根治术后80例患者的癌组织进行Coronin3基因检测其表达情况，并与临床因素进行相关分析。结果 全组食管癌组织中的Coronin3 基因表达阳性率为 38.8%，其表达与食管癌患者的性别、年龄、分化程度、食管病变长度及T分期无关（P>0.05），但与食管癌的淋巴结转移个数及 TNM 分期呈正相关（P<0.05），Coronin3表达阳性者5年的总生存率和无病生存率低于Coronin3表达阴性者，分别为29.2% vs 68.0%（P=0.010）和45.6% vs 78.5%（P=0.003）。Coronin3表达阳性者的复发转移率高于阴性者分别为51.4%和28.9%（P<0.05）。结论 Coronin3基因表达阳性率与食管癌的淋巴结转移个数、TNM 分期、总生存率和无病生存率以及复发转移率呈正相关，可能为食管癌预后提供新的分子标志物。 |

| Expression of Coronin3 Gene in Esophagus Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance |

| Abstract:Objective To analyze the expression of Coronin3 gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its effect on the survival of esophageal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Coronin3 gene in 80 patients with middle thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma after three-field radical resection was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the correlation between the expression of Coronin3 gene and clinical factors was analyzed. Results The whole group of Coronin3 gene in esophageal cancer tissue expression positive rate was 38.8%, and its expression in esophageal cancer patients has nothing to do with gender, age, degree of differentiation, length and T staging of esophageal lesions (P>0.05), but it was positively related to number of lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in esophageal carcinoma (P<0.05).The 5-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate of the patients with positive Coronin3 expression were lower than those with negative Coronin3 expression,29.2% to 68.0% (P=0.010) and 45.6% to 78.5% (P=0.003). Conclusion The positive rate of Coronin3 gene expression was positively correlated with the number of lymph node metastasis, TNM stage,the overall survival rate, the disease-free survival rate and the recurrence and metastasis rate of esophageal carcinoma. It may provide a new molecular marker for the prognosis of esophageal cancer. |
