| 中文摘要:目的 运用数据挖掘及机器学习分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high-risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)感染的中药用药规律。方法 基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)收集整理北京中医药大学东直门医院的患者诊治病历数据,建立规范化、标准化临床资料数据库,使用Python 3.11 作为主要的编程语言,进行药物频次统计、特征工程及关联规则分析,基于机器学习进行兼症加减建模,总结分析真实世界HR-HPV感染的用药规律。结果 纳入患者共计1650例,就诊诊次共计5585次,处方共计4027张,中药共计332味,用药频次共计84271次。高频药物为白术、半枝莲等。药性以温性为主,其次为平性、寒性；药味常见甘味,次为苦味、辛味；药物归经以归肝经为主,次为肺、脾经；药物功效以补虚、清热为主,兼以活血化瘀、解表、利水渗湿；组成常用药对红景天-白花蛇舌草、红景天-半枝莲等52对,以高频药物前10味组成以清热解毒、扶正固表为法的基础方1个。结论 HR-HPV感染多因正气不足,外邪侵袭子门所致,核心病机为湿、热、毒、瘀、虚,治以燥湿利水、清热解毒、活血通络、扶正固表,还应注重应用桂枝等辛温解表药引经透邪。 |

| Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Medication Patterns for High-Risk Human Papillomavirus Infection |

| Abstract:Objective To analyze the medication patterns of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection using data mining and machine learning. Methods Clinical data from patients diagnosed with HR-HPV infection at Dongzhimen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were collected and standardized through the hospital information system (HIS). A normalized clinical database was established. Python 3.11 was utilized as the primary programming language for herbal frequency analysis, feature engineering, association rule mining, and machine learning-based modeling for symptom-specific modification of herbal combinations. Results The study included 1650 patients, 5585 visits and 4027 prescriptions, involving 332herbal medicines with 84 271 usage instances. High-frequency herbs included Atractylodes macrocephala (Bái Zhú) and Scutellaria barbata (Bàn Zhī Lián). Medicinal properties were predominantly warm, followed by neutral and cold; flavors were mainly sweet, then bitter and pungent. Herbs primarily targeted the liver meridian, followed by the lung and spleen meridians. Key therapeutic effects focused on tonifying deficiency and clearing heat, supplemented by activating blood circulation, resolving stasis, dispelling external pathogens, and promoting diuresis. Fifty-two herb pairs were identified, such as Rhodiola rosea (Hóng Jǐng Tiān)-Hedyotis diffusa (Bái Huā Shé Shé Cǎo), and a foundational formula derived from the top 10 high-frequency herbs was established, emphasizing "clearing heat, detoxifying, strengthening immunity, and consolidating the exterior."Conclusion HR-HPV infection is primarily caused by insufficient vital qi and invasion of pathogenic factors into the uterine cervix. The core pathogenesis involves dampness, heat, toxicity, stasis, and deficiency. Treatment principles include drying dampness, promoting diuresis, clearing heat, detoxifying, activating blood circulation, unblocking collaterals, strengthening immunity, and consolidating the exterior. Particular emphasis is placed on using pungent-warm exterior-releasing herbs like Cinnamomum cassia (Guì Zhī) to guide meridians and expel pathogens. |
