| 中文摘要:目的 探讨补肾活血通淋方治疗前列腺增生症的组方规律,为临床精准用药提供依据。方法 基于数据挖掘技术检索2000~2024年中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure, CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库(VIP)文献,共纳入267首方剂,运用关联规则及聚类分析,挖掘核心药物配伍规律。结果 高频药物分析结果显示,熟地黄、茯苓、黄芪等25味药为核心,主要为补肾、活血化瘀、利水渗湿类药物。四气以寒(35.74%)、温(35.21%)为主,药性以甘(30.84%)、苦(28.78%)为主,归经集中于肝经(15.55%)、肾经(15.08%)。关联规则分析结果显示,熟地黄-山药-山茱萸等关键配伍组合(置信度100%)验证了“固本培元-活血通络-利水调枢”的干预模式。聚类分析提取了6组核心方剂模块,如六味地黄丸、八正散、桂枝茯苓丸等为主要方剂,体现针对不同核心矛盾的标本兼治配伍策略。结论 本研究应用数据挖掘方法系统揭示了补肾活血通淋方治疗前列腺增生症的用药规律,提出了核心药物配伍与精准用药策略,为临床实践提供了重要参考。 |

| Data Mining of the Bushen Huoxue Tonglin Formula for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the herbal formula patterns of the bushen huoxue tonglin formula for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and provide the evidence for precise clinical medication. Methods Using data mining technology to search China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang database, and VIP database from 2000 to 2024,267 formulas were included. Association rule and cluster analyses were applied to explore core drug combination patterns. Results The results of high-frequency drugs analysis show that 25 core herbs such as Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Poria, Radix Astragali, mainly for tonifying kidneys, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, and eliminating dampness and diuresis. The four natures were predominantly cold (35.74%) and warm (35.21%), with sweet (30.84%) and bitter (28.78%) as the main tastes. The liver and kidney meridians were the primary targets (15.55% and 15.08%, respectively). The results of the association rule analysis showed that key combinations such as Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata-Rhizoma Dioscoreae-Fructus Corni (with a confidence level of 100%) verified the intervention model of "tonifying the root and invigorating the source-promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction-promoting water metabolism and regulating the pivotal mechanism". Cluster analysis extracted six core formula modules, such as liuwei dihuang wan, bazheng powder, guizhi fuling wan, etc., as the main formulas, reflecting the combination strategy of treating both the symptoms and root causes for different core contradictions. Conclusion In this study, the data mining method was used to systematically reveals the medication patterns of the bushen huoxue tonglin formula in the treatment of BPH. It proposes core drug combinations and precise medication strategies, offering an important reference for clinical practice. |
