| 中文摘要:目的 系统评价中药复方治疗肺结节的临床疗效,为临床中医治疗肺结节的应用提供参考依据。方法 应用中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure, CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP Database)、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed数据库、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science数据库,通过题目或摘要检索主题词,由2名人员独立完成从建库至2024年7月的文献检索。采用Review Manager 5.4软件分析提取的数据。结果 本研究共纳入26篇文献,涉及2359名受试者。结果显示,中药复方治疗能够在一定程度上促进肺结节吸收(SMD=-0.78,95%CI:-1.01~-0.54,P＜0.00001),改善中医症候积分(SMD=-1.81,95%CI:-2.35~ -1.27,P＜0.00001),降低肺结节恶性风险积分(SMD=-0.19,95%CI:-0.36~-0.01,P=0.03)。结论 中药复方治疗在促进肺结节吸收、延缓结节发展、改善中医症候积分、降低恶性风险积分方面具有一定优势,值得临床推广及应用。 |

| Systematic Review of the Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Formula in the Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules. |

| Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound formula in the treatment of pulmonary nodules, and provide a reference basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules. Methods Databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP database, Wanfang database, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were searched for the Keywords by title or abstract. Two researchers independently conducted literature searches from the establishment of the databases until July 2024.. The extracted data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.4software. Results A total of 26 literatures were included in this study, involving 2359 subjects. The results showed that traditional Chinese medicine compound formula can promote the absorption of pulmonary nodules to a certain degree (SMD=-0.78,95%CI:-1.01- -0.54, P<0.00001), improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores (SMD=-1.81,95%CI:-2.35- -1.27, P<0.00001), and reduce the pulmonary nodule malignancy risk score (SMD=-0.19,95%CI:-0.36- -0.01, P=0.03). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine compound formula has certain advantages in promoting the absorption of pulmonary nodules, slowing nodule progression, improving traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, and reducing pulmonary nodule malignancy risk score, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
