| 中文摘要:目的 基于Meleis过渡理论,采用文献回顾及德尔菲专家函询法构建经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤术后患者出院准备度干预方案。方法 通过文献回顾,经研究小组讨论,初步形成“基于Meleis过渡理论的经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤患者出院准备度干预方案”。选取来自全国的19名专家进行两轮专家函询,汇总专家意见并讨论后形成方案具体内容,同时对结果进行统计分析。结果 两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为82.61％(19/23)和100.00%(19/19),专家提建议率分别为42.11%和5.26％；专家权威系数分别为0.91和0.92,肯德尔系数分别为0.26(P<0.001)和0.34(P<0.001)。最后形成的方案包括5个一级条目、5个二级条目和18个三级条目。结论 基于Meleis过渡理论的经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤患者出院准备度干预方案具有一定的科学性、可靠性、可行性和适用性,可为临床应用垂体瘤患者的出院准备干预提供参考。 |

| Construction of Discharge Readiness Intervention Program for Patients with Pituitary Tumor Via Transsphenoidal Approach Based on Meleis Transition Theory. |

| Abstract:Objective Based on the Meleis transition theory, the literature review and Delphi expert consultation method were used to construct an intervention program for the discharge readiness of patients with pituitary tumor after transsphenoidal approach surgery. Methods Through literature review and research group discussion, a discharge readiness intervention program for patients with pituitary tumor via transsphenoidal approach based on Meleis transition theory was initially formed. Then 19 experts from all over the country were selected for two rounds of expert consultation, and then the expert opinions were summarized and discussed to form the specific content of the program, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 82.61% (19/23) and 100% (19/19), respectively, and the expert recommendation rates were 42.11% and 5.26%, respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.91 and 0.92, respectively, and the Kendall coefficients were 0.26 (P<0.001) and 0.34 (P<0.001), respectively. The final formed program included 5 first-level items, 5second-level items and 18 third-level items. Conclusion The intervention program for discharge readiness of patients with pituitary tumor via transsphenoidal approach based on Meleis transition theory is scientific, reliable, feasible and applicable. This program can provide reference for clinical application of discharge preparation intervention for patients with pituitary tumor. |
