中文摘要:摘要目的探讨E-cad、α-cat、γ-cat在垂体腺瘤中的表达与侵袭性的关系。方法采用SABC免疫组化方法,检测E-cad、α-cat和γ-cat在27例侵袭性垂体腺瘤和18例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达,分析3者的表达与垂体腺瘤的分泌激素功能情况,有无卒中、坏死和囊性变,肿瘤大小等生物学行为的关系。结果27例侵袭性垂体腺瘤中16例表现为E-cad、α-cat和γ-cat一致性低表达。E-cad、α-cat在侵袭性垂体腺瘤和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤之间的表达差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.551, P< 0.01;χ2=7.872, P <0.01)。γ-cat在侵袭性垂体腺瘤的表达较非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中表达量低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E-cad在无激素分泌功能垂体腺瘤组较有激素分泌功能垂体腺瘤组表达量低,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.020,P<0.05);而α-cat和γ-cat在两组间的表达无统计学意义(P>0.05)。γ-cat在伴有瘤卒中、坏死、囊性变组较不伴有组表达量低,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.294,P<0.05);而E-cad和α-cat在两组间的表达无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两者在高级别垂体腺瘤组中的表达较低级别垂体腺瘤组低,通过单向方差分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论E-cad、α-cat及γ-cat的低表达与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性有关。

Expression of E-cadherin and α/γ Catenins and their Relationship with the Invasiveness of Pituitary Adenoma
Abstract:AbstractObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin catenin complex(CCC) and the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma. MethodsThe expession of E-cadherin catenin complex was determined by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of human pituitary adenomas by random sampling, including invasive adenoma 27 cases, noninvasive adenoma 18 cases. The relativity of their expression with hormone-producing, pituitary apoplexy and necrosis or cystoid change, tumor diameter was analyzed. ResultsThe invasive group had a significantly lower expression of E-cad and α-cat than that of noninvasive group(χ2=8.551, P<0.01;χ2=7872, P<0.01). There was no statistical significance for γ-cat expression between the invasive group and noninvasive group (χ2 = 0359, P>0.05). Moreover, the expression of E-cad was significantly lower in endocrine inactive group than that in endocrine active group (χ2 =5.020, P< 0.01). The expression of γ-cat was significantly lower in the group with apoplexy, necrosis and cystis degeneration than that in the group without apoplexy, necrosis and cystis degeneration (χ2 =4.294, P<0.05). The expression of E-cad and α-cat was significantly lower in high-grade pituitary adenoma group than that in low-grade pituitary adenoma group (P<0.01). ConclusionThe reduction expression of E-cad,α-cat and γ-cat is related to invasiveness of pituitary adenoma.
