中文摘要:目的Walker-256细胞质肝内接种制备大鼠移植性肝癌模型。方法取体重150~180g雄性Spraque-Dawley (SD)大鼠72只,随机分为实验组和对照组:实验组(n=60)肝内接种Walker-256细胞质;对照组(n=12)肝包膜下注射相同剂量的生理盐水,1周后观察肿瘤大小、并进行病理学检测。结果实验组大鼠共有15只大鼠死亡,而移植瘤肝癌模型出瘤率为100% (45/45),大多数大鼠伴有肺以及腹腔转移,并且均经过病理学证实。结论Walker-256细胞质肝内接种可以成功建立适宜临床研究的肝癌模型。

The Establishment of Transplantation Model of Liver Cancer in Walker-256 Tumor-bearing Rats
Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the transplantation model of liver cancer in Walker-256 tumor-bearing rats. MethodsWalker-256 tumor cells were injected into Spraque-Dawley (SD) rats (n=60) through liver vaccination,and the rats in the control group were injected with PBS. ResultsAbout 15 rats died and the models of liver cancer were established successfully in the other 45 rats after 14 days. The tumor was formed and migrated to lung and peritoneal cavity in the early stage.ConclusionThe model of liver cancer is an ideal experimental model for clinical medicine study.
