| 中文摘要:目的观察Bcl-2、Bax、细胞色素C(Cyt-C)和Bid在原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)组织中的表达并分析其与病理分期、肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测Bax以及应用原位分子杂交方法检测Bcl-2、Cyt-C和Bid在50例PHC组织及30例正常肝脏组织(对照组)中的表达。结果PHC组Bcl-2、Bax和Bid的阳性表达率较对照组均明显下降(P<0.05或0.01)，但Cyt-C阳性表达率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 高及中分化PHC组Cyt-C阳性表达率均明显高于低分化组(P<0.05和P<0.01)，但不同病理分级和有无淋巴结转移组间差异未见统计学意义(P>005)。PHC不同病理分级、分化程度和有无淋巴结转移组间Bcl-2、Bax和Bid表达比较均未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PHC促凋亡基因Bid表达下调，同时Cyt-C随着PHC分化程度的降低而表达下调。 |

| Expression and Significance of Bcl-2,Bax,Cyt-C and Bid in Primary Hepatocelluar Carcinoma |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the expression of Bcl-2,Bax,Cytochrome C(Cyt-C) and Bid in 50 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC group)and 30 cases of normal liver specimens(control group),and then to analyze their relationship with pathological grade,tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.MethodsThe expression of Bax was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expressions of Bcl-2,Cyt-C and Bid by hybridization in situ in 50 cases of primary HCC group and 30 cases of control group.ResultsThe positive expression rate of Bcl-2,Bax and Bid all decreased in HCC group as compared with control group (P<0.05 or 001).The positive expression rate of Cyt-C didn′t have significant difference between two groups (all P>0.05).The positive expression of Cyt-C in high differentation and middle differentation sub groups were higher than that in low differentation sub group,and there was significant difference (P<0.01 and <0.05).However,the expression of Cyt-C had no relation with pathological grade and lymph node metastatis.The expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Bid didn′t have significant difference in different pathological grades,tumor differentation and lymph node metastasis groups (all P>0.05).ConclusionThe expression of pro-apoptotic gene Bid decreased in PHC,and the expression of Cyt-C in PHC decreased with the decreasing of tumor differentiation extent. |
