| 中文摘要:目的研究陈兰花冲剂对糖尿病足大鼠炎性因子的影响。方法采用腹腔注射STZ，足部注射真菌菌液方法复制大鼠糖尿病足模型。采用ELISA法、液相免疫沉淀散射比浊终点法观察陈兰花冲剂对大鼠血清炎性因子的影响。结果陈兰花冲剂可降低大鼠血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α炎性因子的水平。结论本实验初步证明了糖尿病足的炎症发生机制以及陈兰花冲剂的抗炎作用。 |

| Effect of Chenlanhua Chongji on Serum TNF-α，IL-6，CRP of Diabetic Foot Rat |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Chenlanhua chongji on inflammatory cytokines of diabetic foot rat MethodsDiabetic rat models were established by abdomen injection of STZ，then fungi were injected into rat digits and diabetic foot models were copied.The effect of Chenlanhua chongji on rat serum inflammatory cytokines level was observed by the method of ELISA.ResultsCRP,IL-6,TNF-α were degraded by Chenlanhua chongji.ConclusionThis experiment tested the inflammatory mechanism of diabetic foot and the effect of Chenlanhua chongji on restraining inflammation. |
