| 中文摘要:目的探讨癫痫患儿心理行为学改变及其相关影响因素，为癫痫患儿心理干预提供依据。方法应用Achenbach儿童行为量表对70例癫痫患儿及70例上呼吸道感染的患儿进行对照研究，并对其相关影响因素进行分析。 结果4~11岁和12~16岁癫痫患儿的心理行为问题与上呼吸道感染的患儿相比，除了分裂性，其余各内外因子差异均有统计学意义(P均<005)。影响癫痫患儿心理行为问题的主要因素有家庭关注、癫痫发作严重程度、药物治疗持续时间。 结论癫痫患儿存在心理行为学异常，家庭关注、癫痫发作的频繁程度与癫痫患儿心理行为状态相关。 |

| Psychological Behavior Change and Related Factors in Epilepsy Children |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo study psychological behavior state in epileptic children and their influencing factor and provide basis for psychological intervention.MethodsAchenbach Child Behavior Cheeklist were used to evaluate psychological state in 70 epileptic children and 70 children of Upper respiratory tract infection.Influence factors were then analyzed.ResultsCompared to the children of the upper respiratory tract infection, psychological behavior problems of the internal and external factors in 4-11 years old and 12-16 years old epilepsy patients were statistically significant different except divisive (P<0.05). The main effect factors of the psychological behavior problems were family concerning,seizures severity and drug treatment duration.ConclusionEpileptic children have psychological behavior abnormalities. The family concerning and the frequency of seizures are associated with epilepsy baby′s psychological behavior condition. |
