SOX9、CDX2和e-cadherin在结直肠癌中的表达及意义

中文摘要:目的探讨Y染色体性别决定区相关高速泳动族框因子9(SOX9)、尾型同源盒转录因子2(CDX2)和上皮钙黏素(e-cadherin)在结直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测68例结直肠癌和20例正常结直肠黏膜组织中SOX9、CDX2和e-cadherin的表达。结果SOX9、CDX2和e-cadherin在结直肠癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为70.59%、72.06%和38.24%,在正常结直肠黏膜组织中表达的阳性率分别10%、100%和100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01)。SOX9的高表达和CDX2及e-cadherin的低表达与结直肠癌患者的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关,SOX9的高表达与肿瘤大小有关,CDX2的低表达与远处转移有关。结直肠癌中SOX9与CDX2和e-cadherin的阳性表达存在负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.05;r=-0.289,P<0.05);CDX2和e-cadherin的阳性表达存在正相关(r=0.490,P<0.01) 。结论SOX9、CDX2和e-cadherin在结直肠癌的发生、发展、转移中起着重要作用,三者联合检测可作为判断结直肠癌恶性程度的有效指标。

Expression and Significance of SOX9,CDX2 and E-cadherin in Colorectal Cancer
Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of SOX9,CDX2 and e-cadherin in colorectal cancer and its significance. MethodsThe Expression of SOX9,CDX2 and E-cadherin were detected in 68 specimens of colorectal cancer and 10 specimens of normal colorectal mucosa by immunohistochemical method Envision.ResultsThe positive expression rates of SOX9,CDX2 and e-cadherin in colorectal cancer were 70.59%,72.06% and 38.24%.That in normal colorectal mucosa were 10%,100% and 100%. There was significant difference between colorectal cancer and normal colorectal mucosa (P<0.01,P<0.05, P<0.01).High expression of SOX9 and low expression of CDX2 and e-cadherin in colorectal cancer were associated with differentiation, TNM staging,lymph node.High expression of SOX9 was associated with tumor diameter.Low expression of CDX2 were associated with distant metastasis.The positive expression of SOX9 was negatively correlated with that of CDX2 and e-cadherin in colorectal cancer(r=-0.258,P<0.05;r=-0.289,P<005). The positive expression of CDX2 were positively correlated with that of e-cadherin (r=0.490,P<0.01). ConclusionSOX9,CDX2 and e-cadherin play an important role in the development,progression and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Combined dectection of the three factors may serve as valuable markers to evaluate the malignant degree of colorectal cancer.
